Welcome to the KnowFlow website at www.knowflowchat.cn (the "Website"), operated by 合肥知识库流动人工智能应用软件有限责任公司 ("we", "us").

By accessing or using the Website you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Website.

1. What the Website provides​

The Website is a product and documentation site for KnowFlow. It offers:

• product information for both product lines — the enterprise Knowledge Base and Analytics;
• product documentation, API reference, deployment guides and FAQs;
• release notes and a technical blog;
• an enquiry form for commercial contact.

The Website itself does not run the software. Using the products requires either self-hosted deployment (open source) or a separate commercial agreement.

2. Content and intellectual property​

2.1 Website content​

Unless stated otherwise, the text, images, page design, product screenshots and documentation on the Website are owned by us or used with permission.

Provided you attribute the source and link back to the original page, you may:

• quote our documentation for internal technical evaluation and learning;
• quote excerpts from blog posts in technical articles and community discussion.

Without written permission, you may not:

• reproduce Website content at scale for commercial purposes;
• remove or alter copyright notices or source attribution;
• use the "KnowFlow" name or marks in a way that suggests partnership, certification or affiliation that does not exist.

2.2 Software licences​

The software described on the Website is licensed separately and independently of these terms:

The LICENSE file in the product repository is the only authority on software rights. Nothing on the Website modifies or extends it.

2.3 Third-party components​

The products are built on open-source projects including RAGFlow and integrate third-party components such as MinerU and PaddleOCR-VL. Their use is governed by their respective licences.

3. Your obligations​

When using the Website, you agree to:

1. Use it lawfully — not for any purpose that breaks applicable law;
2. Not disrupt it — no crawlers, scripts or automation beyond a reasonable request rate, and nothing that could make the service unavailable;
3. Not attempt intrusion — no unauthorised access to our servers, data or any non-public area;
4. Provide accurate information in the enquiry form, and not impersonate anyone.

4. Enquiries and trials​

4.1 What a form submission is​

Submitting the enquiry form expresses interest and does not create any contract.

We aim to reply within 24 hours on business days. That is a service commitment, not a contractual obligation.

4.2 About trials​

References to a "14-day free trial" describe product policy. The actual scope, duration and conditions of a trial are set by separate written agreement, and we may change the policy.

4.3 Information handling​

How we handle the information you submit is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimers​

5.1 Accuracy of content​

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Website accurate and current, but:

• features, version numbers, performance figures and pricing change between releases;
• evaluation figures in the documentation (such as query accuracy) are results on specific datasets and are not a performance guarantee for your workload;
• configuration examples in deployment guides are illustrative and must be assessed against your environment.

The product version you actually run and the written contract between us take precedence.

5.2 Availability​

The Website is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access, and are not liable for interruptions caused by network faults, maintenance or force majeure.

5.3 Third-party links​

The Website links to third-party sites such as GitHub, Docker Hub and open-source projects. These links are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

5.4 Limitation of liability​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, profit or data losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the Website.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

6. Changes to these terms​

We may revise these terms from time to time and will update the "Last updated" date.

Material changes will be announced prominently on the Website. Continuing to use the Website after a revision means you accept the revised terms.

7. Governing law and disputes​

These terms are governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules).

The parties will first seek to resolve any dispute amicably. Failing that, either party may bring proceedings before a competent court in Hefei, Anhui Province, China.
