This policy applies to the KnowFlow website at www.knowflowchat.cn (the "Website"), operated by 合肥知识库流动人工智能应用软件有限责任公司 ("we", "us").

We take your personal information seriously. Please read this policy before using the Website. If you do not agree with any part of it, please do not use the enquiry form.

1. What we collect​

1.1 Information you provide​

We only collect the following when you actively submit the form on the Contact page:

All of it is voluntary. Leaving optional fields blank does not affect our ability to contact you.

1.2 Information collected automatically​

Server logs record ordinary access data — IP address, browser type and version, operating system, timestamp, pages visited and referrer. This supports security and traffic statistics and is not linked to your identity.

1.3 Browser storage​

The Website uses localStorage for interface preferences such as sidebar state. This data stays in your browser and is never uploaded to our servers.

2. How we use it​

We use the information we collect only to:

1. Respond to your enquiry — contact you with a demo, technical consultation, pricing or partnership discussion;
2. Prepare relevant material based on your company size and use case;
3. Improve our products by analysing common needs in aggregated, de-identified form.

3. How information flows and is stored​

3.1 Where form submissions go​

Form content is delivered to our internal work group through a WeCom (Enterprise WeChat) group bot webhook, where a pre-sales or technical colleague picks it up.

This means the content passes through Tencent's WeCom servers. Tencent's handling of that data is governed by its own policy — see the Tencent Privacy Policy.

3.2 Retention​

• Enquiry form data: retained for 24 months after our commercial conversation ends, to support follow-up service and contract performance, then deleted or anonymised;
• Server access logs: retained for 6 months;
• Where law mandates a different retention period, that period applies.

3.3 Security measures​

• The Website is served over HTTPS throughout;
• The internal work group is restricted to authorised colleagues;
• Colleagues who can access your information are bound by confidentiality obligations.

4. Third-party services​

The Website uses no ad networks, user profiling or cross-site tracking services.

5. Your rights​

Under the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and related regulations, you have the right to:

• Access — find out what information we hold about you;
• Correct — have inaccurate or incomplete information fixed;
• Delete — request deletion of your personal information;
• Withdraw consent — at any time;
• Complain — about how we handle personal information.

To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in section 7. We respond within 15 working days of receiving a request.

We may ask for information necessary to verify your identity before acting on a request.

6. Other matters​

6.1 Minors​

This is a business-to-business product site and is not directed at minors. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you are a guardian and believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us to have it deleted.

6.2 Changes to this policy​

We may update this policy from time to time and will change the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. For material changes affecting your rights, we will post a prominent notice on the Website.

6.3 About product data​

This policy covers the Website only.

The KnowFlow Knowledge Base and Analytics products support fully self-hosted deployment — they run on your own servers, and the documents, databases and business data inside them remain under your control and are not accessible to us. Data handling inside the product is governed by the commercial contract between us.
